Where to Eat in Boulder During Sundance

Boulder punches well above its size on food. Most of the action is on or near Pearl Street, walkable from several venues. Reserve ahead during festival week.

Special-occasion & fine dining

• Frasca Food and Wine — nationally acclaimed Friulian-Italian (reserve well ahead).
• Corrida — Spanish steakhouse with rooftop Flatirons views.
• Blackbelly — chef-driven, whole-animal, farm-to-table.
• Flagstaff House — special-occasion dining up Flagstaff Mountain with a view.

Pearl Street & casual

• The Sink — a Boulder institution near CU (burgers, pizza; famously visited by presidents).
• Mountain Sun Pub — beloved local brewpub, cash-friendly, no-reservations vibe.
• Zoe Ma Ma — excellent handmade Chinese street food downtown.
• Sherpa's / Sforno / Japango — dependable Pearl-area picks for Himalayan, Italian, and sushi.

Breakfast & coffee

For breakfast, Snooze and Lucile's (Creole) are local favorites — expect a wait. For coffee, Boxcar, Ozo, and Trident are the classics.

Breweries

Boulder helped build Colorado craft beer: Avery Brewing, Upslope, Sanitas, and Mountain Sun are all worth a stop. Many have food or food trucks.
